We retain your info for 2 years due to the extended nature of engagements. You can at any time request to have your data deleted.
The information on the booking form is necessary for us to ensure we have all the information we need to shoot your wedding. Video footage is stored and retained on secure hard drives, we also back up footage data 3 times to protect accidental loss. After delivery we keep a copy of the footage for up to 2 years and after that we keep a copy of the finished video indefinitely. This is purely in case you require additional copies in the future. We will ask for your consent if we would like to post on social media or on our website as this is the only way future brides will see our work!
