What an adventure this day was for such an amazing wee couple. Upon entering their houses in the morning and feeling the excitement in the air, I knew this was going to be a very fun one. Their kids were especially excited as they had the chance to be Flowergirls for the big day!
We had a moment were we almost got stranded at sea! While taking a few creative shots at Ballyliffin Beach, we hadn’t realised that the tide had quickly came in. There was now a river of water preventing us getting back to dry land! However, our heroic bride flicked the shoes off, hiked up the dress and crossed through the water to the other side.
The night finished off at Ballyliffin Lodge with popcorn, candyfloss, photobooths and great music! A fun day from start to finish.
A wee shout out to Madeleine Mclaughlin who runs weddings at The Lodge – there’s no nicer person to work with. She always greets everyone with a smile!
