There is always a first at weddings, and this was one of the coolest ones that I’ve ever seen. Leah and Ben decided to cement their newly formed marriage with matching tattoos – which were designed by the groom himself! This act summed the couple to a tea, as tattoos are a joint passion of theirs.
There was plenty of other unique styles and flare at this day, be it customised denim jackets or special trainers.
The ceremony itself was stunning – taking place on the grounds of Kilmore Country House, overlooking the mountainside of Glenariff.
They had the nicest weather for it, with the sun beaming down on all those who had gathered for the occasion. The celebrant Dot led a persoanlised ceremony and Leah and Ben had sorted a round of shots for everyone at the end, to toast their new union.
It really warmed my heart to see how much they cared for and included their grandparents in the wedding. Alongside photos, table names and various others memorials, Leah had a tattoo of her Grandfather on her arm, to whom she was very close to.
This was such beautiful and unique day with such lovely people.
